Для начала хочу представиться:
Меня зовут Андерсен Андрей, я из России, работаю юрисконсультом, одновременно получаю 2 высших образования. Идея Wirtland меня заинтересовала, когда я изучал непризнанные государства. Заранее извиняюсь за перевод, т.к. пишу на родном языке, а перевожу ради быстроты через Google, что сказывается на качестве. Если кому-то станут интересны мои идеи, то напишите и буду писать сразу на английском.
For a the beginning I would like to introduce myself:
My name is Andrew Andersen, I'm from Russia, I'm an inhouse counsil and at the same time get 2 higher education. Wirtland idea intrigued me when I studied the unrecognized state. Apologize in advance for the translation, because I write in their native language and translate for the sake of speed through Google, which affects the quality. Idea №1: Wirtland is a state, and so State in modern time should have a constitution or constitutional documents. It will help us to feel our unity. If we will decide to pass a constitution, we will meet some obstacles:
1) we have no special mechanism to adopt any document, so we should create it. The most simple way is to create the referendum page on wirtland.com.
2) Not all citizens often take part in live of our state, so we will have problems with quorum to adopt constitution.
3) We need people to write text of constitution. I am ready to make it if someone will help me with translation. And of course citizens should have a possibility to discuss it text before it adoption, so it will be necessary to publish it before it adoption.

It is all for the begining, will be glad to see your ideas on this theme.

Государство в современное время должны конституции или конституционных документов. Это поможет нам почувствовать наше единство. Если мы решим принять конституцию, мы встретимся с некоторыми препятствиями:
1) у нас нет специального механизма для принятия какого-либо документа, поэтому мы должны создать ее. Самый простой способ заключается в создании референдума страницы wirtland.com.
2) Не все граждане часто принимают участие в прямом эфире нашего государства, поэтому мы будем иметь проблемы с кворума для принятия конституции.
3) Нам нужны люди, чтобы написать текст конституции. Я готов это сделать, если кто-то поможет мне с переводом. И, конечно, граждане должны иметь возможность обсудить его текст до его принятия, так что это будет необходимо, чтобы опубликовать его в своем распоряжении принятия.

I see a great number of talented russian people, who may become worthy witizens. So i will take actions in russian alternative to Facebook, which name is vkontakte, to find new activists for our country.
Я вижу большое количество талантливых людей в России, которые могут стать достойными гражданами Wirtland. Так что я буду предпринимать действия в Российской альтернативе Facebook, название которой Вконтакте, чтобы найти новых активистов для нашей страны.

По поводу конституции уже написаны горы дискуссий, есть не менее двух драфтов, причем один их них на русском. Погуглите внутри сайта. Эта одна из самых частых тем. Есть даже группа "Конституция"

В сети "ВКонтакте" также давно есть группа Виртландия на http://vkontakte.ru/club16414077 . Есть также отдельная русская сеть - http://witi.taba.ru/

First i like so say thanks for your posts. Nice to see someone is active here.I just like to make a small comment to what you write here, and it´s not to disrespect you at all:

You have a point and than again you maybe don´t. I think that Wirtland don´t need a constitution at all. We can now enjoy the freedom of the internet with no rules to hold us back, no roles to hold ideas and different thinking back or down. Stats that have laws, roles and very old books that tell them what to do or not are often Stats that have internel problems and need to have ways to keep control and power.
I just don´t see Wirtland as a place that needs something in writing that tell all of us what we can do or not do. Any country with a constitution can make some stupid laws....well, an example: one huge country have the world record in murders and gangs year after year...coz the constitution they have say they have the right to have a weapon. They even spread it around the world. Who assign them to be our World police? I know I didn´t!

I love to have my freedom online, in a country with no cencurship or other man/woman made rules.
Unity can be found in music, art, movies, in groups of people who have something in common and not to forget around on our huge planet of wunders
